TL;DR: A new routing algorithm for MANETs using Ant Colony Optimization technique, with special attention has been given to the load balancing and congestion control in network.
Abstract: Mobile ad hoc networks do not have any fixed topology. Routing in such network is very challenging and difficult due to the mobility of the nodes. Ant colony optimization is an efficient optimization technique used to find the optimum shortest route in the adhoc network. This paper describes a new routing algorithm for MANETs using Ant Colony Optimization technique. Special attention has been given to the load balancing and congestion control in network. Simulation work is presently being undertaken to evaluate the performance of the model.

TL;DR: A new efficient routing algorithm for mobile ad hoc networks is presented, along with a brief review of the state of the art scenario of routing topologies for MANETs.
Abstract: The dynamic nature of MANETs makes the task of routing between source and destination nodes extremely difficult. In this paper a new efficient routing algorithm for mobile ad hoc networks is presented, along with a brief review of the state of the art scenario of routing topologies for MANETs. The new algorithm takes into consideration the mobility factor during routing. In the process, computational overhead is diminished.

TL;DR: This paper proposes a new approach to evolve a suitable algorithm named Mobile Ad-hoc Network Routing Protocol (MOADRP), used to find routes for message transmission between mobile nodes in MANETs, to reduce the overhead of maintaining a large routing table and also reduce the time delay for finding the route.
Abstract: Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANETs) have gained a lot of importance in the recent years due to their flexible ways of operation, where mobile nodes form the network to communicate with each other, without the aid of any fixed infrastructure Routing in MANETs is a challenging task mostly for its rapidly changing topology Several routing protocols have already been proposed and implemented for ad-hoc networks This paper proposes a new approach to evolve a suitable algorithm named Mobile Ad-hoc Network Routing Protocol (MOADRP) This algorithm is used to find routes for message transmission between mobile nodes in MANETs The main objective of this newly implemented routing protocol is to reduce the overhead of maintaining a large routing table and also reduce the time delay for finding the route
