TL;DR: In this paper , a systematic review and meta-analysis aimed at assessing the efficacy of flupirtine for postoperative pain was carried out, which revealed that perioperative flup-irtine was not superior to other most commonly used analgesics and placebo for the treatment of post-operative pain.
