Journal ArticleDOI

Metabolism and Disposition of Siponimod, a Novel Selective S1P1/S1P5 Agonist, in Healthy Volunteers and In Vitro Identification of Human Cytochrome P450 Enzymes Involved in Its Oxidative Metabolism.

TL;DR: The selective inhibitor and recombinant enzyme results identified cytochrome P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) as the predominant contributor to the human liver microsomal biotransformation of siponimod, with minor contributions from CYP3A4 and other cyto Chrome P450 enzymes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cytostar-T plates--a valid alternative for microplate scintillation counting of low radioactivity in combination with high-performance liquid chromatography in drug metabolism studies?

TL;DR: The full scan mass spectra of recovered metabolites showed higher quality allowing the characterization of metabolites without any further sample pre-treatment, a major advantage which could further speed-up the structure elucidation process of metabolites in complex biological matrices.

Dérivés de pyrimidine-4-yl)oxy)-1 h-indole-1-carboxamide et leur utilisation

TL;DR: The authors concerne certains metabolites de N-(1-methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H- pyrazol-3-yl)-5-((6-((methylamino)methyl)pyrimidine-4-yl)oxy)1Hindole-1-carboxamide).
