Journal ArticleDOI
Fusobacterium nucleatum, the communication with colorectal cancer.
Kangjia Luo,Yvkun Zhang,Chao Xv,Jingjing Ji,Ge Lou,Xiaorong Guo,Meilun Chen,Yingjie Zhang,Huiying Wei,Mian Guo,Rui Huang,Shan Yu +11 more
TL;DR: Fusobacterium nucleatum (F.n), an anaerobe, is found to be enriched in both stools and tumor tissues of CRC patients and could be a biomarker of CRC.
Journal ArticleDOI
The multifaceted roles of long noncoding RNAs in pancreatic cancer: an update on what we know
Wenjia Zhou,Lu Chen,Chao Li,Rui Huang,Mian Guo,Shangwei Ning,Jingjing Ji,Xiaorong Guo,Ge Lou,Xinqi Jia,Junjie Zhao,Feng Luo,Chunlong Li,Zhaowei Qu,Shan Yu,Sheng Tai +15 more
TL;DR: The current understanding of the multifaceted roles of lncRNAs as regulators in the molecular mechanism of PC is addressed and the possibility of using lnc RNAs as survival biomarkers and their contributions to the development of targeted therapies based on the literature are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Diagnostic and prognostic role of NR3C4 in breast cancer through a genomic network understanding.
TL;DR: The investigation showed that AR expression level could be used as a favorable and independent prognostic prediction factor for the disease-free survival time in breast cancer, especially for the ER-positive subgroup, but AR was not a sensitive prognostic biomarker for the prediction of overall survival time or for the PR and TBC subgroups.
