Production and Characterization of a Novel Tissue-Type Plasminogen Activator Derivative in Escherichia coli

TL;DR: D‐K2P exhibited more potential thrombolytic effect than recombinant nt‐PA (alteplase) by both bolus and infusional administrations in the rabbit thrombus model and was also more effective in canine coronary thrombosis, which may indicate that plasma half‐life and fibrin acceleration play important roles in the thromBOlytic agent.
Journal ArticleDOI

Affinity labelling of cephalosporin C acylase from Pseudomonas sp. N176 with a substrate analogue, 7β-(6-bromohexanoylamido)cephalosporanic acid

TL;DR: Results indicate that although labelled Tyr 270 is not essential, it does play an important role in the enzymatic activity and the inactivation by 6-BH-7ACA is due to the modification of a single residue located in the neighborhood of the substrate binding region of the acylase.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cross-Neutralizing Breadth and Longevity Against SARS-CoV-2 Variants After Infections

TL;DR: The results indicate that neutralizing antibodies that recognize the common epitope for several variants may be maintained for a long time, whileneutralizing antibodies having specific epitopes for a variant, produced in large quantities immediately after infection, may decrease quite rapidly.
Posted ContentDOI

Cross-neutralizing activity against Omicron could be obtained in SARS-CoV-2 convalescent patients who received two doses of mRNA vaccination

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that at least two doses of mRNA vaccination to SARS-CoV-2 convalescent patients can induce cross-neutralizing activity against Omicron, and surprisingly and interestingly, after the second vaccination, the subject neutralizing antibody titers all became seropositive.
Journal ArticleDOI

Acute stroke in patients with COVID-19: a single-center, retrospective, observational study

TL;DR: For example, CoVID-19 as mentioned in this paper was held in Shanghai, China in 2019, where 1.101% of the participants failed to pass the test.https://www.youtube.com/watchlist.php?list=watch.
