CONSTITUTION:The mold closing is stopped or decelerated in the midway of the closing motion in order to supply molten resin 8 through a resin passage 7 provided in a bottom force. In this case, the supply of the resin is performed under the performed under the condition that the clearance 6 between the major portions of the bottom surfaces of a top force and of a bottom force lies in the range from 50mm. or less and to 0.1mm. or more plus the thickness of wall of a molded part at the portion corresponding to that of the forces. When the supply of the predetermined amount of the molten resin 8 is completed, the supply of the molten resin from an accumulator is stopped. Simultaneously, a piston 72 is pushed up so as to bring the surface of the tip of the piston 72 in flush with the surface of the bottom force or to a position 74 so as to close the resin passage 7 and a cavity space 5 in order to press-mold the resin.

CONSTITUTION:A foldable link 6 which prevents a rolling of a deck body 1 is composed of upper and lower links 7, 8 which are joined with a shaft 9. the external end of the link 7 is fit to a main girder 10 at the bottom of the deck body 1 by means of a pivot 11 and the external end of the link 8 is fit to a bearing member 12 fixed to a frame 3, by means of a pivot 18. This bearing member 12 is made in the integrated shape of a fitting member 14 upward having an inclined guide 13, a horizontal member 15 fixed in the perpendicular form to the fitting member 14, and a bearing 16 secured to the end of the horizontal member.

CONSTITUTION:During the stamping molding period, a nozzle 4 is contacted with the sprue 7b of molds 2, the screw 6 is advanced, molten resin is injected, and at the same time as the packing of the resin is finished, the starting point of injection, or the position of the screw 6 for weighing completion, is regulated to fit the convexed portion 9a of the screw head 9 into the concaved portion 4b of the nozzle 4 by a much as l1. Subsequently, stamping molding is made. In this case, the resin in the molds 2 is compressed by a great force resulting from the variations in the volume of the molds 2 and is ready to flow back into an injection cylinder 5 from the gate 7d, but the back flow is prevented by the close fitting of the concaved portion 4b with the convexed portion 9a. Good appearance molding with high accuracy and without sink caused by cooling can be attained.

PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform highly accurate level detection even though pressure in an ultrasonic wave propagating atmosphere is changed, by providing a transceiver which sends and receives ultrasonic waves, a means which measures the time from transmission to reception, a pressure measuring means, and a correcting means for the output of the time measuring means. CONSTITUTION:A pressure converter 71 detects the pressure in an ultrasonic wave propagating atmosphere and sends the pressure signal to an ultrasonic level meter converter 4 through a pressure signal cable 13. The pressure signal is inputted to a temperature and pressure compensating circuit 14 nd a timing pulse generating circuit 7. A temperature compensating circuit and a pressure compensating circuit are unified in the circuit 14. The circuit 14 compensates for the shortening of the time of arrival of a received wave when the sound speed becomes fast at a high temperature and at a high pressure. The propagating time at a normal temperature and at a normal pressure, i.e., a reference time of arrival of a received wave, is inputted to a sampling compensation amplifier circuit 10, and a current signal sent to an output indicator 5 is corrected. As a result, highly accurate level detection can be performed with respect to the slow fluctuation of the temperature and pressure, when the water level of a sump pit 2 in a pressure vessel of an atomic reactor is measured by the ultrasonic waves.

CONSTITUTION:A receiving die and spool bush 7 and a punch 17 are moved to nozzle 10 side keeping molding in pinchingly pressurizing condition by a method wherein the established pressure and contraction amount of change-over valves 13 and 20, change-over timing and relief valves 14 and 21 and throttle valves 15 and 22 are controlled in the condition of clamping molds 3 and 4 during the process of holding and cooling after molding. The molding is punched out by shearing between the stationary mold 3 and the punch out die 17, the precision punching having clean sheared surface being possible, and the construction of metal mold is simplified.
