Journal ArticleDOI

The attitudes of cancer patients and their families toward the disclosure of terminal illness

TL;DR: It is indicated that most cancer patients want to be informed if their illness is terminal, and physicians should realize that the patient and the family unit may differ in their attitude toward such a disclosure.
Journal ArticleDOI

Three-Dimensional Printing: Basic Principles and Applications in Medicine and Radiology

TL;DR: The 3D reconstruction process, touching on medical imaging, and various 3DP systems applicable to medicine are discussed, and the 3DP medical applications using multi-materials are introduced, as well as the recent results.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fractionated stereotactic body radiation therapy for medically inoperable stage I lung cancer adjacent to central large bronchus

TL;DR: SBRT in this fractionation should not be given to central lung tumors because it can cause the late major airway toxicities in some patients, and more protracted hypofractionated treatment regimen may be more safe than that used usually in SBRT for central lung tumor.
Journal ArticleDOI

Generation of knockout mice by Cpf1-mediated gene targeting

TL;DR: The results show that electroporation of AsCpf1 RNPs resulted in efficient and specific genome editing in mouse embryos, and propose that electing to electroporate Cpf 1 RNPs is a potentially useful new method for genome edited in animals.
