An automatic lock checking device for a wire harness connector having short-circuiting female and male terminals for checking for incomplete locking thereof, including a diagnostic resistance-containing circuit connected parallel with a circuit containing a sensor and having the positive and negative sides thereof connected through conducting terminals of the connector to a load or an electronic control unit adapted to process input signals from the sensor. The automatic lock checking device includes at least a pair of short-circuiting terminals connected in series in the diagnostic resistance circuit and arranged to be short-circuited when the connector is completely locked.

Device for checking for incomplete locking of connector housings

An engagement check structure in a harness connector assembly. Detachable mating female and male housings are respectively accommodated with plural pairs of mating terminals and adapted to be locked to each other. In the structure, there is further provided at least one pair of mating terminals. One of the terminals of the pair is supported in the male housing while the other is generally secured within the female housing. The female housing is also formed with a tapered guide member which has a sloped surface therein. The terminal of the male housing has an ear portion formed at its forwardmost end to extend laterally. When the male housing is engaged halfway with the female housing, the ear portion rides over the tapered guide member to raise the terminal of the male housing. At the time of full engagement of both housings, the ear portion is released from the overriding engagement to bring the terminal of the male housing into elastic engagement with the terminal of the female housing.

Harness connector having an engagement check structure

PURPOSE:To attain an easy dimensional input even to a pattern having a complicated form and its dimensional value by applying the input processing to the dimensional value between complicated reference points or reference lines in accordance with the written dimensions of a produced drawing given from an input means. CONSTITUTION:Graphic data on the drawing supplied by a graphic output means 1 is recognized and converted into vector data. In a graphic input system where said vector data is used as drawing input data for execution of the input processing, the dimensional value between reference points or reference lines is supplied in response to the written dimensions of the produced drawing supplied from a keyboard 7. That is, plural reference points or lines are set for a pattern and an optional shift is secured with these points or lines. Furthermore, the absolute coordinates are given to those reference points or lines and therefore the absolute value is given to the end points and the vector data supplied relatively from said reference points or lines. In such a way, the input of dimensions is possible.

Graphic input system

PURPOSE:To easily correct a character design by using register character data, which indicates a position nearest to the position designated by a data input means, to execute the correction processing. CONSTITUTION:In case two elliptic patterns EL1 and EL2 are so written that they have the same center point OEL, a designer registers elliptic pattern data in a character memory part with respect to one elliptic pattern, for example, EL1. In this case, data of the center point OEL and radial points EL1X and EL1Y in X and Y directions are taken in. When a cursor KA is set to a position regarded as the center position of the elliptic pattern EL1, position data of the nearest center point OEL out of already registered data is set as the center point OEL of the elliptic pattern EL2 instead of position data (X0, Y0) of said position. Meanwhile, position data designated by the cursor KA is taken in as it is with respect to radial points E12X and E12Y in X and Y directions.

Block copy design device

PURPOSE:To make after-processing such as correcting work unnecessary in order to obtain targeted two-dimensional graphic data by instructing necessary processing for individual figures on a drawing, and instantaneously recognizing the processed result. CONSTITUTION:A figure display part 102 two-dimensionally displays one- dimensional graphic data that a figure input part 101 scans and inputs. When a figure indication part 103 indicates some part of the displayed one-dimensional graphic data, a control part 106 retrieves one-dimensional data close to the indicated one from a one-dimensional graphic data accumulation part 104. According to the indication, a point retrieval processor 107, a straight line retrieval processor 108, a kinked line retrieval processor 109... trance or correct the linkage of the one-dimensional graphic data from the retrieved points, and convert said data into two-dimensional graphic data.

Semi-automatic drawing input system

PURPOSE: To separate the shape line information of a drawing and other additional line information or the like easily as vector information and to output the separated information to a computer by forming a tracking start line detecting part and a shape line tracking part to track the shape line. CONSTITUTION: Picture image data inputted from a picture image input part 1 to a picture image memory part 2 are converted into point sequence data by a point sequencing part 3 and stored in a point sequence data storing part. The tracking start line detecting part 6 displays the point sequence data on a display and the point sequence data is converted into a start segment for shape line tracking by specifying the shape segment with a light pen or the like from an operator to detect the shape segment. Consequently, the shape line tracking part 7 starts the tracking of the shape line connected to the start segment. In the shape line tracking method, a segment having the highest continuousness to the start segment or the segment already tracked as the shape line is adopted as the shape line at the crossing point of the shape line with another additional line or the like. Consequently, the shape line information of the drawing can be outputted as vector information separately from the vector information of the other additional line information or the like.
