TL;DR: In this paper , a morphological analysis of social entrepreneurship research is conducted to determine core themes and to capture the characteristics of SE ecology in an integrated framework, which facilitates a deeper understanding of resources, opportunities, and strategies for greater value creation.
Abstract: The social entrepreneurship (SE) literature is suggested to be in a pre-paradigmatic state lacking construct legitimacy and undefined theoretical content and boundaries. To address this issue, we undertook a morphological analysis of SE research to determine core themes and to capture the characteristics of SE ecology in an integrated framework. Specifically, it facilitates a deeper understanding of resources, opportunities, and strategies for greater value creation. Our framework also facilitates mid-range theory building in SE that will advance this promising field of research. We proffer a structuralised and integrated framework that provides consensus on the structural and ecological dynamics of the SE phenomenon. Overall, the paper makes a theoretical contribution by which the practitioners, policymakers, and social entrepreneurs can draw practical implications by understanding this field as an integrated and comprehensive body of knowledge.

TL;DR: The Indian Environmental Radiation Monitoring Network continuously monitors, throughout India, the absorbed dose rate in air due to outdoor natural gamma radiation, by using Geiger-Mueller detector-based standalone environmental radiation monitors as discussed by the authors .
Abstract: The Indian Environmental Radiation Monitoring Network continuously monitors, throughout India, the absorbed dose rate in air due to outdoor natural gamma radiation, by using Geiger-Mueller detector-based standalone environmental radiation monitors. The network consists of 546 monitors spread across 91 monitoring locations distributed all over the country. In this paper, the countrywide long-term monitoring results are summarised. The measured mean dose rate of the monitoring locations followed a log-normal distribution and ranged from 50 to 535 nGy.h-1 with a median value of 91 nGy.h-1. Due to outdoor natural gamma radiation, the average annual effective dose was estimated to be 0.11 mSv.y-1.

TL;DR: In this paper , a thorough discussion of ethical issues and mitigation techniques in AI is presented, including trust, accountability, fairness, and openness, and the authors highlight the importance of continued interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
Abstract: Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly popular in recent years and has been used in a range of industries to improve outcomes, streamline processes, and improve decision-making. But there are also moral questions raised by the employment of AI, particularly in light of potential bias and discrimination. In order to promote justice and reduce bias, this paper offers a thorough discussion of ethical issues and mitigation techniques in AI. The evolution of AI and its possible advantages and disadvantages are first covered in the paper. After that, it explores the different ethical issues surrounding AI, such as trust, accountability, fairness, and openness. The study emphasises the effects of bias and discrimination on AI systems as well as the possible outcomes of these problems. The study also discusses the various mitigation measures, such as algorithmic strategies, data pre-processing, and model validation, that have been suggested to mitigate bias and enhance justice in AI. In order to develop the subject of AI ethics, the study analyses the advantages and disadvantages of different frameworks and emphasises the necessity of continued interdisciplinary research and collaboration. The study's importance in advancing ethical concerns and fairness in AI is highlighted in the paper's conclusion. It offers information about the state of the field at the moment and points out potential directions for further study. Overall, the article is a useful tool for academics, professionals, and decision-makers who want to support ethical and responsible AI development and application.
