Journal ArticleDOI
Classification of prostate magnetic resonance spectra using support vector machine
TL;DR: The best results are obtained using the pre-processed spectra without quantification as input for the classifiers and it is confirmed that Support Vector Machine are more efficient than Multilayer Perceptron in processing high dimensional data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tumor volume and metabolism of prostate cancer determined by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging at 3T without endorectal coil reveal potential clinical implications in the context of radiation oncology.
Gilles Créhange,Sébastien Parfait,Mélanie Liegard,Philippe Maingon,Douraied Ben Salem,Alexandre Cochet,Mathilde Funes de la Vega,Luc Cormier,Franck Bonnetain,Céline Mirjolet,François Brunotte,Paul Walker +11 more
TL;DR: Biomarkers expressing the relative choline content and TV were significant parameters for the localization of PCa and could be helpful for determining the prognosis more accurately.
Journal ArticleDOI
Early Choline Levels From 3-Tesla MR Spectroscopy After Exclusive Radiation Therapy in Patients With Clinically Localized Prostate Cancer are Predictive of Plasmatic Levels of PSA at 1 Year
Gilles Créhange,Philippe Maingon,Mélanie Gauthier,Sébastien Parfait,Alexandre Cochet,Céline Mirjolet,Franck Bonnetain,Luc Cormier,François Brunotte,Paul Walker +9 more
TL;DR: Low normalized choline in the PZ, 6 months after radiation, predicts which patients attained a PSA ≤0.5 ng/mL at 1 year, while for patients receiving LTHT, there was no correlation between choline or citrate levels and PSA value, either at baseline or at follow-up.
Dissertation
Classification de spectres et recherche de biomarqueurs en spectroscopie par résonance magnétique nucléaire du proton dans les tumeurs prostatiques
TL;DR: In this article, a system for depistage of prostate cancer was proposed, based on the spectroscopie de resonance magnetique (SRM), which is a phenomene complexe.
Journal ArticleDOI
Temozolomide and radiotherapy antitumor efficacy evaluation with magnetic resonance imaging and proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy in human glioma models in nude rats
Xavier Tizon,Paul Walker,Francis Bichat,Sébastien Parfait,Johel Miteran,Gilles Créhange,Philippe Maingon,Nicholas Hoffman,Philippe Genne,Olivier Duchamp +9 more
