Rule‐Based Expert Systems

Security has become a vital factor for any Internet of things network but it is of paramount importance for Internet of Health Things (IoHT). IoHT also known as Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is integration of IoT and healthcare environment, where fragile data related to the patients is transmitted from IoT devices to server. During this transmission, if, any eavesdropping or intrusion occurs then it will not only lead to the serious mutilation of entire network but this data will be handled maliciously for wrong doings as well. Therefore, a proper security is indispensable for IoHT based equipments due to exposure to different attacks. Security of IoHT has been the burning issue in last couple of years. In this regard different security models, surveys, frameworks have been presented. In this article, a proposed Identified Security Attributes (ISA) framework is presented to evaluate the security features of IoHT based device in healthcare environment. The proposed framework uses hybrid MCDM methods such as Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This framework works in two phase: in first phase the weights of attributes are derived by using AHP method and in second phase security assessment of alternatives is performed based upon security criteria by using TOPSIS method. The outcomes of proposed security assessment framework demonstrate that the reliable and secure alternative among alternatives is selected in IoMT system. This approach can be used as a guideline for future use in IoMT systems or any other IoT based domain. To the best of our knowledge, it is novel approach to address the security assessment of IoT and these MCDM methods have never been used before for assessment and decision making in IoHT system for security.

In the wake of the Paris agreement, the adoption of green innovation practices has received substantial attention throughout the world. The consumers, manufacturers, governments, and communities have started realizing the severity and intensity of environmental hazards and climate change. The manufacturing sector is one of the leading industrial waste producers and contributors to environmental pollution, posing a threat to environmental sustainability. The adoption of green innovation practices in the manufacturing sector is indispensable to ensure environmental sustainability. However, it is pivotal to identify, assess, and evaluate the green innovation aspects and sub-aspects with the perspective of sustainability performance indicators in the manufacturing industry. This study services this purpose and proposes a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) by combining the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) and fuzzy technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (FTOPSIS) to analyze the effects of green innovation aspects with sustainability performance of the manufacturing industry. The authors identify six green innovation aspects (criteria), twenty-four sub-aspects (sub-criteria), and three sustainability performance indicators (alternatives) for the manufacturing industry in China. The FAHP method indicates that green managerial innovation, green product innovation, and green technological innovation are the most influential aspects of implementing green innovation practices. Further, the FTOPSIS technique reveals that environmental performance is the most suitable sustainability performance indicator in adopting green innovation practices in the garment manufacturing industry of China. This research provides support to the managers and policymakers in understanding the green innovation practices in promoting sustainable development in the manufacturing industry.

Analyzing the green innovation practices based on sustainability performance indicators: a Chinese manufacturing industry case

The selection of quality gemstones requires a special ability to select and assess the quality of gemstones to be traded. The diversity of types of gemstones and consumers becomes an obstacle in itself when the knowledge and ability of individuals to analyze the quality of gemstones is minimal. The decision-making method used is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method which is widely used in various sectors. F-AHP is easy to adapt to many decision issues; the research proposes a decision-making system using the F-AHP algorithm to analyze the quality of gemstones. The results obtained with the use of F-AHP model in the selection of quality gemstones show the highest quality of gemstones of all stones compared, Rubi 1, with a weight value of 0.152942.

The characteristics of entertaining games and interesting visual activities will make learning more attractive. Making games will of course use algorithms as features or systems in game making. The a-star algorithm is one that is widely used in making maze games. The a-star algorithm can be applied to the help of the fastest path or movement of the NPC. The purpose of the research is to make a maze educational game using the a-star algorithm as the fastest path search and NPC movement. The test results on games on seven devices got the results that they were successfully run, in CPU usage on mobile devices a minimum of 7% and a maximum of 57%. CPU usage on desktop devices is a minimum of 2% and a maximum of 33%.

Abstrak — Permasalahan plastik menjadi penyumbang terbesar limbah, karena sifatnya yang sulit teruarai menghasilkan efek terlalu banyaknya limbah plastik yang kemudian menjadi salah satu sebab ketidakseimbangannya alam. Ancaman yang dihasilkan mulai dari kesehatan, rusaknya ekosistem dan banyak hal lainnya merupakan sebuah masalah yang ada saat ini. Tujuan dari prototype ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pengolahan sampah plastik dan juga mempermudah masyarakat dengan prototype berbasis android ini dalam menjual ataupun menyumbangkan sampah plastiknya kepada yang membutuhkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah design thinking mulai dari awal perancangan sampai akhir, sehingga menghasilkan tingkat user experience yang baik. Dari hasil evaluasi yang didapat dari  pengujian prototype menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) dengan hasil learnability 62.5, usability 82.2, SUS score 78.8 serta impresi kelompok attractiveness 2.197, perspicuity 2.275, efficiency 2.150, dependability 2.050, stimulation 2.383, novelty 2.089. Implementasi User Experience Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking Pada Prototype Aplikasi Cleanstic

Abstrak— Universitas Nasional merupakan salah satu universitas swasta di kota Jakarta yang memiliki beberapa fakultas, diantaranya Fakultas Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informatika. Pada fakultas tersebut terdapat empat laboratorium yang mendukung berjalan nya kegiatan belajar dan mengajar maupun kegiatan lainnya, tetapi masih banyak mahasiswa ataupun masyarakat umum yang belum mengetahui lokasi laboratorium tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Augmented Reality dengan menerapkan tracking based navigation pada metode Markerless untuk mengarahkan user pada laboratorium. Hasil dari aplikasi ini menampilkan objek 3D dari area lab yang mengarahkan pengguna menuju lab yang ingin dikunjungi. Dengan adanya aplikasi Find Your Laboratory ini, pengguna dapat dengan mudah menemukan lokasi laboratorium yang ingin dituju. Hasil dari pengujian, didapat aplikasi berhasil di operasikan dengan jarak yang diuji minimal 10 cm sampai dengan jarak 1 m dari semua Android yang diujikan.

Tujuan penelitian ini membuat website distributor online untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam bertransaksi dan memberi kepraktisan dalam berbelanja. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem berbasis Model View Controller (MVC) dengan  menggunakan metode Scrum yaitu sebuah metode yang cocok untuk di implementasikan pada pengembangan sistem karena bersifat fleksibel dibandingkan dengan metode waterfall yang bersifat statis. Model View Controller (MVC) salah satu design pattern yang saat ini banyak digunakan sebagian framework untuk melakukan pengembangan aplikasi sehingga E-Commerce Kedai HP dapat menjalankan sistem transaksi dan pelaporan secara otomatis. Pengujian dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing yang merupakan teknik pengujian software yang fokus pada spesifikasi fungsional suatu perangkat lunak. Dari hasil pengujiannya menunjukan bahwa fungsional sistem yang telah dikembangkan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.
