TL;DR: In this paper, the magnetic properties of trilayer films of Co-Ge-Co were investigated at a fixed thickness of germanium of 3.5 nm, and the formation and distribution of metastable amorphous and cubic phases depends on the thickness of the ferromagnetic layer.
