Journal ArticleDOI

Vibrational spectra in the CH stretching region and the structure of the polymethylene chain

TL;DR: In this article, the CH stretching regions of both the Raman and i.r. spectra of the extended polymethylene chain have broad secondary maxima.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spectroscopic analysis of phase separation behavior of model polyurethanes

TL;DR: In this paper, the reaction of methylenebis(p-phenylisocyanate) and butanediol is described as a segment souple, and the polyoxyde de propene is produced.
Journal ArticleDOI

An analysis of the crystallization behavior of poly(ethylene oxide)/poly(methyl methacrylate) blends by spectroscopic and calorimetric techniques

TL;DR: Cristallisation et changements microstructuraux du PEO dans ces melanges par spectroscopie IR et calorimetrie differentielle as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI

Application of molecular simulation to derive phase diagrams of binary mixtures

TL;DR: In this paper, a combination of the Flory-Huggins theory and molecular simulation techniques was used to study the miscibility behavior of three binary mixtures, solvent with solvent, polymer with solvent and polymer with polymer, by using a Monte Carlo approach which includes the constraints associated with excluded volume.
