X-Ray fluorescence analysis of trace elements in fruit juice

TL;DR: In this article, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is applied to the determination of trace elements in fruit juice characterized by a high content of sugar and other soluble solid substances, and the synthesis of standards is described in detail.
Journal ArticleDOI

Quadratic polynomial technique for absorption correction in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry using continuous scattered background

TL;DR: In this paper, the non-linear relation between absorption coefficients and continuous scattered intensity is fitted by a quadratic equation for a wide range of matrix absorption, and a more suitable absorption correction method compared with the traditional scattered internal technique is recommended for matrix absorption correction in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
Journal ArticleDOI

In-Plane 90∘ Rotation of Lamellar Domains in PbTiO3 Grains Revealed by Piezoresponse Force Microscopy

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrated that the lamellar domain pattern in PbTiO3/Pb(Zr0.58Ti0.42)O3 thin films can be rotated 90∘ in the plane of film by the electric field at the tip.
Journal Article

[X-ray fluorescence analysis of Kaolin concentrate].

TL;DR: An X-ray fluorescence technique was developed for the analysis of Al2O3, SiO2 and impurities in Kaolin concentrate and it has no the effects of flux impurities and dilute ration on the determination of minor and micro components inKaolin concentrate.
