The production method comprises the following operation steps: (1) refining a water glass solution; (2) carrying out a synthetic reaction on precipitated silica; (3) carrying out filter pressing and washing on reaction slurry; (4) slurrying: conveying afilter cake to a beating tank by a belt conveyer, and carrying out slurrying in two stirring modes including a high-speed stirring mode and low-speed stirring mode to provide uniform slurry for spraydrying; and (5) drying process: after drying the slurry by a spray drying tower, carrying out pulverization by using a mechanical pulverizer until the particle size is smaller than 15mu m, and carrying out packaging and storage after carrying out collection by using a bag pulse deduster.
