Method for producing a fuel tank provided with internal accessories and having a wall made of plastic made in a single piece by moulding a split parison or a parison in at least two parts, said method comprising the following steps: a) the parison is introduced in the heat-softened state into a mould comprising dies; b) a core on which the accessories are placed is introduced inside the parison; c) the parison is pressed onto the dies of the mould; d) the accessories are fastened to the parison with the aid of the core in an ideal layout; e) the core is withdrawn and the mould is closed; f) the tank is moulded from the parison; and g) the tank is removed from the mould.

The present invention pertains to a skin-covered foamed molded article of expanded propylene resin beads having excellent lightness in weight, mechanical properties and appearance. The present invention provides a skin-covered foamed molded article of propylene resin expanded beads, with the skin covering substantially the entire surface of the molded article of the expanded beads. The skin, within which the molded article of expanded propylene resin beads is placed, is a propylene resin hollow molded body obtained by blow molding. A base resin of which the skin is formed comprises a propylene resin having a partial heat of fusion in a temperature range between 80 and 140° C. of at least 15 J/g and a ratio of the partial heat of fusion to a total heat of fusion (partial heat of fusion/total heat of fusion) of at least 0.2 as measured by heat flux differential scanning calorimetry. The skin has a thickness in the range of 0.3 to 3.5 mm, and the molded article of expanded propylene resin beads has an apparent density in the range of 0.015 to 0.15 g/cm 3 . The skin is fuse-bonded to the molded article of expanded beads, and the expanded beads from which the molded article is formed are fuse-bonded to each other.

The present invention provides polyolefin resin foam particles, i.e. multilayer foam particles each comprising: a core layer which is in a foamed state, and which is configured from a polyolefin resin; and a coating layer with which the core layer is coated. The coating layer is configured from a mixed resin including a polyolefin resin (A) and at least one resin (B) selected from polystyrene resins and polyester resins. The weight ratio (A:B) of the polyolefin resin (A) to the at least one resin (B) in the mixed resin is in the range of 15:85 to 90:10. The present invention also provides a composite stacked body in which a foam-particle moulded body of said polyolefin resin foam particles is used. The foam-particle moulded body exhibits excellent solvent resistance, and has a surface exhibiting excellent adhesive properties with respect to thermosetting resins. Furthermore, the foam-particle moulded body is capable of providing a composite stacked body which includes a thermosetting resin, and with which excellent productivity is exhibited.

The foamed resin particle 21 is composed of a foamed core layer 211 obtained by further foaming a foamed core material 210 which is foamed in advance in a prescribed ratio and a coating layer 212 coating the surface of the layer 211.
