PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a quick hardening type water permeable concrete having excellent water permeability, high flexural strength and excellent development of early age strength. SOLUTION: This quick hardening type water permeable concrete is produced by molding a mixed/kneaded material of a composition comprising coarse aggregate and paste or mortar or which a volume ratio thereof to the coarse aggregate is 30 to 80%. The paste or mortar comprises 100 pts.wt. of a hydraulic material, 0 to 150 pts.wt. of fine aggregate, 0.1 to 2.0 pts.wt. of a water reducing agent and 15 to 30 pts.wt. of water. The invention discloses a permeable concrete prefabricated brick and a production method thereof. The permeable concrete prefabricated brick comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100-120 parts of cement, 50-70 parts of water, 300-360 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 0.3-0.5 parts of a high-efficiency water reducer, and 5-10 parts of silicon ash, wherein the graduation of the recycled coarse aggregate is 2.5-5.0 mm. The production method comprises the following steps: mixing powder materials, cleaning the recycled coarse aggregate, filtering the material and performing air drying, adding 70% of water to mix the material, after uniform stirring, adding the mixed powder, uniformly stirring the materials, adding residual water, uniformly stirring the materials to introduce the materials in a die, tightly pounding the materials, flattening the surface, and coating with a film and performing water-spray maintenance. The prefabricated brick has the compressive strength beingabout 15 MPa, effective porosity rate being about 20% and the permeation coefficient being about 1 mm/s, has strong applicability, and can be used for paving the permeation pavement and engineering such as ecological slope protection having permeation requirements on the earth's surface.
