Datura Metel L. Ameliorates Imiquimod-Induced Psoriasis-Like Dermatitis and Inhibits Inflammatory Cytokines Production through TLR7/8-MyD88-NF-κB-NLRP3 Inflammasome Pathway.

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that EPD exhibited a protective effect on an imiquimod-induced psoriasis mice model by inhibiting the inflammatory response, which might be ascribed to the inhibition of the TLR7/8–MyD88–NF-κb–NLRP3 inflammasome pathway.
Journal ArticleDOI

A new triterpene from the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.

TL;DR: A new triterpene named klodorol B (1), together with six known compounds, were isolated from the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim and evaluated for their cytotoxic activities on human gastric carcinoma, liver cancer and human lung cancer cell lines.
Journal ArticleDOI

New withanolides with anti-inflammatory activity from the leaves of Datura metel L.

TL;DR: Twenty three undescribed withanolides, daturmetelides A-W (1-23), were isolated from 70% EtOH extract of the leaves of Datura metel L and showed moderate inhibitory effects against NO production in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells and showed significant anti-inflammatory activities against the production of TNF-α, IL-1β,IL-6 and COX-2.
Journal ArticleDOI

Two new cytotoxic glycosides isolated from the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.

TL;DR: Two new glycosides including an alcohol glycoside and a phenolic glycosIDE had superior inhibitory activity in comparison with other naphthalenyl glucosides.
Journal ArticleDOI

Two new tetralone glycosides from the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim

TL;DR: The results showed aglycones of naphthoquinones had stronger cytotoxic activities than glycosides of tetralone.
