TL;DR: Cross-protection against serotypes of Vibrio cholerae was evident with the various antisera against Inaba and Ogawa organisms and antibodies responsible for this cross-protection were shown to be directed against common polysaccharide antigen, common protein determinant, and enterotoxin.
