Cardiovascular lesions in leptospirosis: an autopsy study.
TL;DR: Correlating the autopsy, leptospirosis can be visualized as an infective systemic vasculitis and the unusual manifestation of pulmonary hemorrhagic syndrome in these cases camouflaged the cardiovascular involvement.
