The invention provides a roof structure with an airflow channel. The roof structure with the airflow channel comprises a pre-arranged plate layer, a carbon residue layer and a cement layer, wherein the pre-arranged plate layer, the carbon residue layer and the cement layer are sequentially placed from the bottom up. The roof structure with the airflow channel further comprises an air-guide pipe vertically arranged, wherein the lower end of the air-guide pipe penetrates through the cement layer and extends into the carbon residue layer, and the upper end of the air-guide pipe bends downwards. The air-guide pipe can facilitate inside-outside air exchange inside the carbon residue layer and prevent air gas expansion, and therefore a bloating phenomenon of the cement layer is avoided, and correspondingly, the cracking phenomenon caused by the bloating does not exist any more, and accordingly, good rain-leakage-proof effects can be well achieved.

Superfluous water is removed from a roof covering by pumps attached to pipes which extend through the top waterproof layer to water-permeable material of the covering. Each pipe has perforated walls and extends through an asphalt, a felt and a screed layer and engages the concrete of the roof and extracts water from the screed and the concrete. A perforated box filled with shingle surrounds the pipe. In a modification each pipe rests on a screed layer impermeable to water and is secured to an annular metal sheet by nuts screwed on the pipe. This metal sheet supports the felt and asphalt layer in such a position that these layers are locally held above the screed to form a space and water is extracted from the felt. The pipes are eventually removed.
