Nonlinear optical properties of mono-functional 1,2-dihydro-1,2-methanofullerene[60]-61-carboxylic acid/polymer composites

TL;DR: In this paper, the nonlinear optical properties of composites which consist of mono-functional 1,2-dihydro-1,2methanofullerene[60]-61-carboxylic acid (FCA) and poly(styrene-co-4vinylpyridine) were studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Miscibility of C60-end-capped poly(ethylene oxide) with poly(vinyl chloride)

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the miscibility of blends of single [60]fullerene (C60)-end-capped poly(ethylene oxide) (FPEO) with poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Miscible chitosan/tertiary amide polymer blends

TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the miscibility of five chitosan/tertiary amide polymer blend systems and found that the mixture is not miscible with poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone), poly(n-methyl-Nvinylacetamide), poly (N,N-dimethylacrylamide), and poly(2-ethyl-2oxazoline).
Journal ArticleDOI

Thermal analysis of vectra B950 liquid crystal polymer

TL;DR: In this article, both the thermal and crystallization behavior have been studied as functions of annealing temperature and time, indicating the possibility of multiple states of mesophase aggregation.
Journal ArticleDOI

C60-containing polymer complexes : Complexation between multifunctional 1-(4-methyl)piperazinyl-fullerene or N-[(2-piperidyl)ethyl]aminofullerene and proton-donating polymers

TL;DR: In this paper, a multifunctional 1-(4-methylpiperazinylfullerene (MPF) and N-[(2-piperidyl)ethyl]amino-fleshene (PEAF) were prepared by nucleophilic addition of C60 with amines.
