TL;DR: Nineteen faecal samples from an outbreak of gastroenteritis affecting adults and children occurred in the small city of Valentim Gentil, São Paulo, Brazil, in 1993 and showed an electrophoretic profile suggestive of group C rotavirus in two cases.
