Trochlear Osteochondral Shell Allograft Technique to Treat Trochlear Dysplasia in the Setting of Chondral Damage and Chronic Patellar Instability

TL;DR: In this article , the authors described the management of a patient with chronic lateral patellar instability, pain outside of dislocation events, and extensive surgical history to the knee using a combined approach, using a shell osteochondral allograft transplant to the trochlea, cylindrical OCA transplantation to the patella, and revision tibial tubercle osteotomy with medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction.
