Journal ArticleDOI
Improving the accuracy of collaborative filtering recommendations using clustering and association rules mining on implicit data
TL;DR: This research applies the users implicit interaction records with items to efficiently process massive data by employing association rules mining and achieves the better performance when compared to the basic CF and other extended version of CF techniques in terms of Precision, Recall metrics, even when the data is very sparse.
Journal ArticleDOI
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia segmentation using local pixel information
TL;DR: In the present research, an automatic leukocyte cell segmentation process was introduced that is based on machine learning approach and image processing technique and the characteristics of blast cells were extracted using 4-moment statistical features and artificial neural networks.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Review on Cloud Computing Acceptance Factors
TL;DR: It was found that the most contributing factors for use or cloud computing are technology readiness, human readiness, organization support, environment and, security and privacy.
Journal ArticleDOI
SMS Spam Message Detection using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency and Random Forest Algorithm
Nilam Nur Amir Sjarif,Nurulhuda Firdaus Mohd Azmi,Suriayati Chuprat,Haslina Md Sarkan,Yazriwati Yahya,Suriani Mohd Sam +5 more
TL;DR: Methods of term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) and Random Forest Algorithm will be applied on SMS spam message data collection and, based on the experiment, Random Forest algorithm outperforms other algorithms with an accuracy of 97.50%.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
A study on significance of adopting cloud computing paradigm in healthcare sector
TL;DR: The significance and opportunities for implementing cloud computing in healthcare sector, which offers sharing, integration and management of EHRs as well as tracking patients and diseases more efficiently and effectively are represented.
