Toward an Understanding of the Link between Work-Family Enrichment and Individual Health

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used the 18-item Carlson, Kacmar, Wayne, and Grzywacz (2006) enrichment scale and the Madsen, John, and Miller (2005) adapted individual health scale to study correlations and linkages among health constructs (i.e., mental-emotional and physical) and various dimensions of work-family enrichment.
