Journal ArticleDOI

High prevalence of occult hepatitis C virus infection in injection drug users with HIV infection.

TL;DR: It seems that the prevalence of OCI in HIV-positive IDUs is extremely significant in Iran and is likely to delay the global eradication of HCV infection until 2030.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of a PCR assay for diagnosis of toxoplasmosis in serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cell among HIV/AIDS patients.

TL;DR: The results of this study showed that the numbers of positive samples by PCR in PBMC were higher than serum specimens for diagnosis of toxoplasmosis, and if molecular method and immunological assay are complemented with magnetic resonance imaging, the results can be useful for diagnosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
