In-situ Raman spectroscopy of BaTiO3 particles for tetragonal–cubic transformation

TL;DR: In this paper, X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy in comparison with the commercial BaTiO 3 particles were analyzed by XRD patterns, which revealed that the crystal phase of the obtained particles for 2 s and 2 h was tetragonal, while that for 8 s and 8 h was cubic.
Journal ArticleDOI

Highly transparent flexible clay films modified with organic polymer: structural characterization and intercalation properties

TL;DR: In this paper, the structure of these films has been found to have an alignment of densely packed clay platelets interspersed with polymer chains between clay platelet edges, and the parallel stacking of the platelets is enhanced by adsorption of anionic polymer on the positively charged edges of the clays so that excellent optical transparency is maintained even for high clay loading.
Journal ArticleDOI

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Potassium Hexatitanates under Subcritical and Supercritical Water Conditions and Its Application in Photocatalysis

TL;DR: In this article, the use of felted-like fibers of potassium hexatitanates as photocatalysts in water decomposition was investigated using ruthenium oxide as the catalytic active phase.
