Dissipation and safety evaluation of novaluron, pyriproxyfen, thiacloprid and tolfenpyrad residues in the citrus-field ecosystem
TL;DR: The dissipations and residues of four pesticides in citrus, under field conditions, were measured using solid-phase extraction and LC-MS/MS and the results showed that 14-day was proposed as a pre-harvest interval for the target compounds in citrus fruits, contributing to residue data and scientifically validated maximum residue limits, which are lacking in China currently.
Journal ArticleDOI
Rhizosphere Microbial Community Diversity and Function Analysis of Cut Chrysanthemum During Continuous Monocropping
Tan Wang,Kexin Yang,Qing Ma,Xu Jiang,Yiqing Zhou,Delong Kong,Zhien Wang,Rebecca E. Parales,Lin Li,Xin Zhao,Zhiyong Ruan +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing platform was used to monitor the dynamic changes of rhizosphere microbial communities in four varieties of cut chrysanthemum during 0-3 years of monocropping, and the soil physicochemical properties were also determined.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ethylene Promotes Expression of the Appressorium- and Pathogenicity-Related Genes via GPCR- and MAPK-Dependent Manners in Colletotrichum gloeosporioides
Dandan Ren,Tan Wang,Gang Zhou,Weiheng Ren,Xiaomin Duan,Lin Gao,Jiaxu Chen,Ling Xu,Pinkuan Zhu +8 more
TL;DR: It is reported that ET can cause transcription changes in a large set of genes, which are mainly responsible for appressorium development and virulence expression, and these processes are dependent on the GPCR and MAPK pathways.
Journal ArticleDOI
Determination of 1-methylcyclopropene residues in vegetables and fruits based on iodine derivatives
Maofeng Dong,Guangyue Wen,Junshun Li,Tan Wang,Jiaqing Huang,Yubo Li,Hongxia Tang,Qiang Sun,Weimin Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an innovative method was established for the determination of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) in vegetables and fruits, which was much easier for trace and accurate chromatographic analysis.
