The invention discloses a low-temperature conductive silver paste for an HIT solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The low-temperature conductive silver paste for the HIT solar cell is preparedby the following components including, by weight, 27 to 46 Parts of flake silver powder, 46 to 65 parts of spherical silver powder, 1.5 to 3.5 parts of thermosetting resin, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of reactive diluents, 2 to 4 parts of organic solvents, 0.65 to 0.75 part of curing agent, 0.05 to 0.15 part of imidazole curing accelerator, 0.35 to 0.45 part of dispersing agent, 0.01 to 0.6 parts of thixotropic agent, 0 to 2.4 parts of epoxy toughening agents and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of polymers, and the total composition is 100 parts. The low-temperature conductive silver paste prepared by using the formula of the invention can form a bond with a substrate and has good wettability to the substrate, therefore, the filling factor of the solar cell is improved, and the photoelectric conversion efficiencyof the solar cell is improved.

These dampers (1) are provided with a cylinder (4), a rod (50), and a plurality of granular bodies (90). The cylinder (40) has a first space (S11) formed therein. The rod (50) is partially accommodated inside the first space (S11) and protrudes to the outside. In addition, the rod (50) can reciprocate relative to the cylinder (40) in the center axis direction. Furthermore, the rod (50) forms a filling space (S1), between the rod (50) and the cylinder (40), inside the first space (S11). The plurality of granular bodies (90) are filled in the filling space (S1). In addition, the shape and area of the cross-section, in a direction perpendicular to the central axis, at a predetermined position in the central axis direction of the rod (50) changes according to the movement of the rod (50).

PURPOSE:To perform the braking and vibration absorption of a piston shaft linearly or rotatively moving by utilizing the phenomenon that while such object as a piston or the like moves in powder whose mobility is restricted by a cylinder or the like, the kinetic energy is absorbed. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 2 is crammed with powder 1 which a piston 3 is placed therein. For the powder used, dried silica sand is suitable, and the specifying of the shape, quality of material, liquid content ratio, and particle diameter is not required. In case of silica sand, a particle diameter in the range of from several meshes to several hundreds meshes is suitable. When a piston rod 4 moves linearly and reciprocatively, the piston 3 directly connected to the piston rod 4 is subject to pressure drag. And the frictional force (mainly frictional drag) generated in the flow motion of the powder 1 in the space between the piston 3 and a cylinder wall is given to the piston rod 4. Therefore, since the kinetic energy of the piston rod 4 is absorbed, the effects of the braking and absorption of the vibration of the rod 4 is remarkable.
