PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the accuracy in variation of rated voltage on a high potential side in a potential therapeutic device, or more specifically, to improve the accuracy in voltage output for the high voltage output set as rating of the potential therapeutic device without being affected by variation in the input voltage or input frequency of a power source of the potential therapeutic device.SOLUTION: The potential therapeutic device includes a high-voltage generation part which generates a high-voltage alternate current, and an electric field generation part which generates an electric field from the high-voltage alternate current. The high-voltage alternate current generation part includes the power source, a control circuit connected to the power source, a power amplifier circuit connected to the control circuit, a controlling transformer connected to the power amplifier circuit, and a high-voltage transformer connected to the controlling transformer.

The transmission of the reset signal is stopped on condition that the memory unit is confirmed to be normal by mutual authentication communication between the encryption communication unit and the memory unit.
