TL;DR: In this article, the effects of flaws in the electrode surface of TiO 2 on photoelectrochemical reactions were investigated by using electrodes having different physical conditions of flaws for the anodic oxidation of several reducing agents such as Fe(CN) 6 4−, I −, Br − and Cl − which occur in competition with the oxidation of water.

TL;DR: In this paper, the flat-band potential of perovskite materials was investigated using sintered pellets to determine the energy gap and the flatband potential and to evaluate the electrochemical stability against the anodic decomposition.
