El artículo tiene como objetivo evaluar el nivel de desarrollo de la capacidad de absorción realizada (RACAP) en las Pyme colombianas. Se parte de una muestra de 363 Pyme colombianas (Dane,2012), se usa una revisión de literatura con apoyo del análisis de contenido y un modelo de regresión lineal, que permiten mostrar la existencia de una correlación lineal positiva entre la adquisición y asimilación del conocimiento externo en las organizaciones objeto de estudio,. Measurement of potential absorption capacity in Colombia's innovative companies [Medición de la capacidad de absorción potencial en las empresas innovadoras de Colombia]

Abstract This paper introduces a tool for new service development in the context of emerging economies. For this aim, two-stage decision making model is applied for measuring the new service development-enhanced sustainable growth of emerging economies. At the first stage, bipolar q-ROF M-SWARA with golden cut is used for weighting the new service development process. At the second stage, bipolar q-ROF ELECTRE with golden cut is employed for illustrating the impact-relation map of sustainable growth determinants with respect to the new service development process for emerging economies. The novelties of this study are to construct a novel decision-making approach by using the bipolar q-ROFSs and golden cut and to figure out the influencing degrees and directions of sustainable growth determinants for emerging economies. It is also determined that testing has the highest significance while creating a new service for sustainable growth. Ranking results also demonstrate that qualified organizational teams and equipment is the most critical factor regarding innovative service process-based sustainable growth. It is necessary to adapt current technological developments to new products to be developed for sustainable growth. In this context, technological advances for these products should be followed carefully. In this process, it would be appropriate for companies to reach this goal by employing qualified personnel.

Impact-Relation Map of Innovative Service Development Regarding the Sustainable Growth for Emerging Markets

\nPurpose\nThis study aims to investigate the effectiveness of integrated audit management and its impact on business sustainability for an emerging economy.\n\n\nDesign/methodology/approach\nDrawing on the dynamic capability and contingency theory, the authors investigated the factors on integrated audit management implementation using a sample of 104 certified Malaysian manufacturing firms. The collected data has been analysed using the partial least squares through the structural equation modelling technique.\n\n\nFindings\nThe findings have revealed that human resource capability, technological capability and quality capability have a robust influence on the importance of the internal audit process, which, in turn, leads to integrated audit management effectiveness towards the outcome of business sustainability. The results have also indicated the mediating effect of the internal audit process on the research model.\n\n\nOriginality/value\nThe contribution from the empirical findings will provide productive insights to help manufacturing firms devise an effective integrated internal audit management system to ensure business sustainability and increase competitiveness advantages for an emerging economy.\n
