The present disclosure relates to an input for production of atomizers and atomizers formed from a sheet of a material, and which may be employed in an aerosol delivery device such as a smoking article. The input may include a carrier and heating elements coupled thereto. The heating elements may include first and second ends and interconnected alternating loops disposed therebetween. The heating elements may be oriented parallel to a longitudinal axis of the carrier, or perpendicular thereto. The heating elements may be coupled to a liquid transport element by bending the interconnected loops at least partially around the liquid transport element. The ends of the heating element may be coupled to heater terminals. A related method for forming atomizers is also provided.

A resist pattern formation method includes (1) a step of forming a first resist pattern which includes forming a first resist layer on a substrate, selectively exposing the first resist layer to radiation through a mask, and developing the exposed first resist layer, (2) a step of insolubilizing the first resist pattern by coating the first resist pattern with a resist pattern insolubilizing resin composition, baking or curing with UV, and developing the resist pattern insolubilizing resin composition, (3) a step of forming a second resist layer on the insolubilized resist pattern and selectively exposing the second resist layer to radiation through a mask, and (4) a step of developing the exposed second resist layer to form a second resist pattern.

A point-of-use food holding cabinet keeps food products cold using a conventional refrigeration device or a semiconductor solid state heat sink. In one embodiment, one compartment can be kept cold or refrigerated while an adjacent compartment can be kept warm or hot. Solid state heat pumps such as Peltier devices absorb heat on one side and emit heat on the other. By configuring the solid state heat sinks appropriately, one compartment or shelf of a holding cabinet can be refrigerated while an adjacent compartment can be kept warm.

A convertible food guard system with adjustable side panels, as well as features and aspects thereof, provides for the alignment of the leading edge of a side panel with the leading edge of a main viewing panel regardless of whether the convertible food guard system is in a cafeteria mode or a buffet mode. Exemplary embodiments of a convertible food guard system with adjustable side panels comprise, generally, positionable or translatable side panel components. More particularly, exemplary embodiments employ sliding adjustable side panel systems that may be comprised of a single side panel component or a plurality of side panel components. Advantageously, the use of adjustable side panels with a convertible food guard system enables the side panels to align with the leading edge of the main viewing panel when the system is in a buffet mode and retract out of the consumer's way when the system is in a cafeteria mode.

A temperature controlled food serving having at least one channel (9) of thermally conductive material for receiving at least one food-holding pan (5). The at least one channel (9) defines an elongate pan receiving cavity for placement of the at least one food-holding pan (5) at any desired location along the cavity. The at least one channel (9) comprises at least one layer of a group of layers including a heat conductive layer (25), an outer heat sink layer (29), and an inner layer (31) for protecting the heat conductive layer (25). A temperature control system comprises at least one heating element (45) for heating the at least one channel (9) to maintain food products held in the food-holding pans (5) at a food holding temperature. The at least one channel may have at least two different temperature zones extending lengthwise of the channel wherein food products in different temperature zones can be held at different food holding temperatures.

A counter top merchandiser for holding and displaying hot and cold products. The merchandiser includes a warm compartment within the merchandiser for holding and displaying warm products. A cold compartment below the warm compartment is defined in part by a bottom wall positioned above the counter top when the merchandiser is placed on the counter top. The cold compartment has a display section and a storage section. A partition separates the warm and cold compartments. A heating unit heats products within the warm compartment and a refrigeration unit cools products within the cold compartment. At least one transparent wall allows viewing of products within the merchandiser. Openings provide access to the warm and cold compartments from the rear of the merchandiser.

A product server for holding and displaying food products is disclosed. The product server has a front customer side, a rear employee side and a breath guard. The breath guard comprises a cover on a cabinet of the product server that is moveable between a lowered position covering the food products and a raised position in which the cover serves as a breath guard and allows access to the food products. Upright side panels are provided adjacent opposite ends of the product server. The breath guard extends between the upright side panels as it moves between its raised and lowered positions.

The product server (1) has a front customer side (13), a rear employee side (17) and a breath guard (21). The breath guard comprises a cover attached to the product server for pivotal movement between a lowered position (FIG.1) covering the products held by the product server and a raised position (FIG.2) in which the cover serves as a breath guard and allows access to the products. At least one power assist device (95) is connected to the product server and cover for assisting pivotal movement of the cover between its lowered position and its raised position.
