Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan
terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan bus Sugeng
Rahayu di Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 99
responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan
teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan
adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Analisis
Jalur mengguakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji t serta koefisien determinasi
dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0.
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh bahwa: (1) Kualitas
layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan bus
Sugeng Rahayu. (2) Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
loyalitas pelanggan bus Sugeng Rahayu. (3) Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan bus Sugeng Rahayu. (4)
Kepuasan pelanggan bisa memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas
pelanggan

Pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam membentuk loyalitas pelanggan

Background Solutions delivered within firm sectoral boundaries are inadequate in achieving income security and better health for poor populations. Integrated microfinance and health interventions leverage networks of women to promote financial inclusion, build livelihoods, and safeguard against high cost illnesses. Our understanding of the effect of integrated interventions has been limited by variability in intervention, outcome, design, and methodological rigour. This systematic review synthesises the literature through 2015 to understand the effect of integrated microfinance and health programs. Methods We searched PubMed, Scopus, Embase, EconLit, and Global Health databases and sourced bibliographies, identifying 964 articles exclusive of duplicates. Title, abstract, and full text review yielded 35 articles. Articles evaluated the effect of intentionally integrated microfinance and health programs on client outcomes. We rated the quality of evidence for each article. Results Most interventions combined microfinance with health education, which demonstrated positive effects on health knowledge and behaviours, though not health status. Among programs that integrated microfinance with other health components ( i.e. health micro-insurance, linkages to health providers, and access to health products), results were generally positive but mixed due to the smaller number and quality of studies. Interventions combining multiple health components in a given study demonstrated positive effects, though it was unclear which component was driving the effect. Most articles (57%) were moderate in quality. Discussion Integrated microfinance and health education programs were effective, though longer intervention periods are necessary to measure more complex pathways to health status. The effect of microfinance combined with other health components was less clear. Stronger randomized research designs with multiple study arms are required to improve evidence and disentangle the effects of multiple component microfinance and health interventions. Few studies attempted to understand changes in economic outcomes, limiting our understanding of the relationship between health and income effects.

Evaluating the effect of integrated microfinance and health interventions: an updated review of the evidence.

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis dampak gaya kepemimpinan di Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Bandung pada kinerja karyawan bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui penilaian respondent terhadap gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu dilakukan analisis verifikatif untuk melihat pengaruh antar variabel. Data primer diperoleh bersumber dari kuisioner yang diberikan kepada 108 karyawan Bank Negara Indonesia. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan.

Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Health-related infection (HAI) is a major problem facing hospitals affecting patients as well as healthcare workers around the world. There have not been many published systematic reviews on the implementation of infection prevention and control programs. The aim of this systematic review is to analyze the implementation of infection prevention and control programs in medical personnel. The research phase begins with the formulation of a research question (RQ) and data collection begins with a search for research with qualitative methods at Pubmed, Science Direct, Proquest, GARUDA and Google Scholar on "infection prevention and control", "IPC management", and "the implementation process. IPC "for health personnel, published between January 2015 and June 2020. A total of 106 publications were taken, method and abstract screening were conducted (n = 106), research was issued (n = 91), full text reviewed (n = 14) , articles that issue n = 0). Synthesized article (n = 14). Based on the maipcng results of 14 articles regarding the implementation of infection prevention and control programs for medical personnel, they are grouped into research focus and paper type categories. Gaps were identified related to lack of knowledge, awareness and commitment to the importance of IPC during health service delivery. Management needs to provide support with training, funding for the IPC program so that it supports infrastructure. Human resource factors and other supporting factors contribute to the implementation of IPC so as to reduce the incidence of infection

Literature Review The Implementation Of Infection Prevention And Control Programs On The Medical Staff

Recently, tight competition requires hospitals to provide the best service and quality. Quality services may cause satisfaction to the patient. This study aims to determine the effect of quality service on satisfaction of outpatients at Hospital Dr. Soegiri Lamongan simultaneously and partially. This study utilizes cross sectional approach which involves 235 respondents of simultaneous outpatients. The instrument uses a questionnaire by employing independent and the dependent variables of satisfaction on quality service. The sample was taken by applying proposed sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that the service quality influence outpatients’ satisfactions.

Studi pendahuluan, menunjukkan hasil bahwa pasien stroke yang datang di rumah sakit dalam waktu 3 jam sejumlah 3 jam. Pasien yang diperiksakan ke petugas kesehatan terlebih dulu, kemudian dibawa ke rumah sakit adalah sebesar 46,5%, dan pasien yang tidak dibawa ke rumah sakit setelah dibawa ke petugas kesehatan maupun non kesehatan sebesar 22%. Health seeking behaviour ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor demografi dan geografi, sosio-budaya, klinis, persepsi, dan pengetahuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 3 alur health seeking behaviour pada pasien stroke yang ada di masyarakat, yaitu langsung ke rumah sakit, ke rumah sakit setelah dibawa ke petugas kesehatan atau non petugas kesehatan, dan tidak pergi ke rumah sakit setelah dibawa ke petugas kesehatan atau non petugas kesehatan. The reseach goals are to test whether there is influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to customer loyality. The research method was observasional analitic research with cross sectional study. The respondents 42 pregnant mother in the CRM program. CRM variables consist of people, process and technology was colect with self administered quesionare . Data was analyzed with the multiple linier regression and processing of data using SPSS 18 software. The result showed that CRM affects pregnant mother loyality of labor service. Pengalaman Pasien Dirawat Inap di Rumah Sakit sebagai Upaya Penyusunan Strategi Pemasaran

Buying behavior in choosing health care is a long process. Segmentation is one of the things that underlies the decision of the patient. This study aims to determine the buying behavior of patients who do the first child labor and its relationship with buying behavior in RSIA Puri Bunda (PB) Malang. This research uses the cross-sectional method. The sampling technique used the total sampling method, ie all inpatients who gave birth to the first child at the time of this study were executed. The number of samples was 55 respondents in April-May 2017. Data were analyzed using multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that customer segmentation of RSIA PB was from Blimbing sub-district, 21-25 years old, last high school education, income <Rp.1.500.000,00, housewife, Islam, class of 3rd class and payment method using BPJS . Buying behavior of respondents is included in complex type and dissonance reducing buying behavior. Geographic, demographic, psychographic and behavioral segmentation is not related to buying behavior. Segments that have been detected are expected to get attention from the hospital to determine the marketing efforts that will be done next. In its marketing efforts, RSIA PB should pay more attention to customers who have a high-involvement type in order to provide all the information expected by the customer.
