TL;DR: In this article, a pixel selecting part 120 selects n pixel values of corresponding pixel positions in n input images 110 photographed in time sequence, and a background generating part 130 generates a background value on the basis of the n pixels values supplied from the pixel selected part 120.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a locus composite image of moving objects from a plurality of photographed images photographed in time sequence, without being affected by states of a background of the photographed images, or the number, size, deformation, color, or the like of the moving objects. SOLUTION: A pixel selecting part 120 selects n pixel values of corresponding pixel positions in n input images 110 photographed in time sequence. A background generating part 130 generates a background value on the basis of the n pixel values supplied from the pixel selecting part 120. A most frequent value of the pixel values can be adopted as the background value. A degree-of-difference generating part 140 generates a degree-of-difference between the background value supplied from the background generating part 130 and the pixel value supplied from the pixel selecting part 120. A locus synthesizing part 150 synthesizes the pixel values supplied from the pixel selecting part 120 on the basis of the degree-of-difference supplied from the degree-of-difference generating part 140.
