An engine and a motor for outputting driving power are controlled to drive the vehicle at the target vehicle speed V*. When the driver steps on a released brake pedal, the drive control stores the target vehicle speed V* set before the driver's depression of the brake pedal as a previous target vehicle speed Vpre and cancels the setting of the target vehicle speed V* (steps S470 and S480). In response to the driver's subsequent release of the brake pedal, the drive control sets the vehicle speed V at the moment to the target vehicle speed V* (step S510) and restarts constant-speed drive (cruise drive). When the driver turns a steering wheel to or over a preset degree for a left turn or a right turn, the drive control sets the previous target vehicle speed Vpre to the target vehicle speed V* (step S520) and restarts the constant-speed drive. This arrangement ensures easy and quick start of the constant-speed drive (cruise drive) and enables the constant-speed drive (cruise drive) according to the variation of the driving state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordination controller that can control fluctuations of the decelerating speed, that is generated when the friction braking of wheels is started during the coordination control of a brake with a combination system. SOLUTION: In achieving target braking torque Tdcom that increases with the rise of master cylinder liquid pressure Pmc, it is achieved only by regeneration torque Tmcom of front wheels initially. During an instantaneous period of time from t1 to t2, when deviation becomes a set point Tm1 between Tmcom and permissible maximum regenerative braking torque Tmmax, a rear wheel friction braking torque Tbcomr is started slowly, by preliminarily increasing the pressure of non-regenerative wheels (rear wheels) whose friction braking should be started. The Tmcom is corrected, only by a portion of the braking torque accompanying this to compensate the target braking torque Tdcom. During an instantaneous period of time from t3 to t4, when deviation becomes a set point between a command value of basic rear wheel liquid pressure braking torque and target rear wheel braking torque, based on the ideal distribution of front and rear braking forces, front wheel friction braking torque is started slowly, by preliminarily increasing the pressure of regenerative wheels (front wheels) whose friction braking should be started. SOLUTION: A cooperative regeneration braking control device 1 raises liquid pressure supplied to a brake, a friction braking device, in advance up to braking preparation liquid pressure before a braking status is changed from regenerative braking to the friction braking, and controls the braking in such a way as to limit regeneration amount by a motor, if the vehicle is put into the braking status when the charged state of a battery is equal to or larger than a second given value, which is lower than a first given value that stops power generation by a fuel cell. To achieve this control, the control device 1 is provided with a brake preparation liquid pressure calculating portion 4 that calculates the brake preparation liquid pressure, a brake liquid pressure calculating portion 5 that calculates the mutual conversion of the brake liquid pressure and friction braking amount by the brake, and a regenerative braking amount calculating portion 6 that calculates the regenerative braking amount by the motor and limits the amount (the amount of regenerative power generation) by the motor.
