This study aims to determine the influence of workload, work stress, and organizational climate on turnover intention, the influence of workload, work stress and organizational climate on work satisfaction, the effect of workload on turnover intention, the influence of workload, work stress and organizational climate on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The population in this research is the employees of PT. BRI Life and Health Insurance of Malang. The number of samples taken in this study were 125 respondents. The data collection method that is used questionnaire. Path analysis method shows that workload, work pressure and organizational climate has direct effect on turnover intention and indirect effect on work satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is work load, work stress and organizational climate has direct effect on turnover intention of employee through job satisfaction. The recommendation that is given based on the result of the research is to make innovation system, and guidance for the employees, so that the employees will remain stay at the company. The Effect of Workload, Work Stress and Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention with Work Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Study at PT BRI Life and Health Insurance of Malang)

The pupose of this study was to investigate the effect of job stress and organizational ethical climate on tax officer’s turnover intentions, with job satisfaction as intervening variable . The  study was conducted to 356 tac offices ( Account representatives and tax audithors) in kanwil DJP jakarta selatan and kanwil DJP jawa timur II. The data was analyzed using structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and assisted by LISREL version 8.8 Software. The result indicated that job stress and organizational ethical climate had negative effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction decreased turnover intention . Other result revaeled that organizational this study included the need of workload analysis and subsequent actions on strategic positions played important role in DGT, a complete evaluation to the employess and job description also should be conducted  to ensure that job is well handled and match the employee capabilities.

Pengaruh iklim etis organisasi dan strees kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah dengan kepuasan kerja

The aim of the current study is to investigate the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable from the influence of workload, work stress and organizational climate on turnover intention. This study utilizes a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, a total of 116 questionnaires were obtained from employees of Bank BTN Syariah Malang (BTN Islamic Banking of Malang). Structural equation model (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS) was employed as a method to analyze the data. The present study found a significant effect between workload and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention. However, organizational climate does not support the proposed hypothesis that organizational climate does not show a vital role in predicting job satisfaction and turnover intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction convincingly affects employees’ intention to leave. Finally, job satisfaction is proven to be a mediator of the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention. However, unexpectedly, job satisfaction did not mediate the relationship between organizational climate and turnover intention.

Investigating factors predicting employees' turnover intention: An empirical study on islamic banking industry

This research investigates the influence of job stress, person-organization fit on turnover intention by using job satisfaction as mediating role, study in PT. Herculon Carpet. The study is mainly based on review of the existing literature and collection of data through an adopted questionnaire survey, conducted from the selected sample of PT. Herculon Carpet. A total of 212 questionnaires were distributed among the sample which is selected using the technique of purposive sampling. 176 respondents returned the questionnaire, which are utilized for the analysis purpose. The result found that job stress positively influences job satisfaction, person-organization fit positively influences job satisfaction, while job stress positively influences turnover intention, person-organization fit negatively and non significantly influences turnover intention, job satisfaction positively influences turnover intention and job satisfaction mediates job satisfaction on turnover intention. This research is limited by other independent variable which are not investigated in this research, therefore the R square value is only 0.400.
