The instrument panel support (1) has a depression (3), in which the flap arrangement is received. The flap arrangement comprises a separate flap (4), which closes the entire airbag outlet opening (2), is only connected to the instrument panel support (1) along a hinge line (5), and the remaining periphery of which rests in the depression (3).
