TL;DR: In this article, the mediator role of coping competence on the relationship between mindfulness and flourishing was investigated, and the results illuminated the importance of mindfulness on psychological and cognitive adjustment, and showed that both coping competence and mindfulness were predicted positively by mindfulness.
