Development of Barium Titanate Capacitors

TL;DR: In this paper, the influence of techniques of preparation and minor additions on the sinterability and the dielectric properties of the barium titanate bodies have been studied, and it was shown that an addition of 1 to 3% titania promoted the sintability and resulted in the development of a high Dielectric constant.
