Grain-boundary diffusion of oxygen in polycrystalline ferrites

TL;DR: In this paper, it is shown that layer-by-layer measurements of the electron-transfer activation energy in polycrystalline ferrites allow the profiles of depth distribution of oxygen introduced from the atmosphere into a ferrite at the stage of sintering or thermal treatment to be studied using a simple experimental technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Anomalies of dielectric properties in a polycrystalline lithium-titanium ferrite

TL;DR: In this paper, a dielectric hysteresis was observed in polycrystalline lithium-titanium ferrite in the temperature range 475-575 K and a thermal Barkhausen effect was detected during heating and cooling of ferrite specimens prepolarized in an electric field.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric Properties of Lithium–Titanium Ferrite Ceramics

TL;DR: In this paper, the temperature dependences of the real and imaginary parts of the complex dielectric permittivities of ceramic Li-Ti ferrospinel are measured within the frequency range 102-106 Hz.
Journal ArticleDOI

Nonuniform Distribution of Electric Properties in Ferrite Ceramics

TL;DR: In this paper, a physical model of the processes giving rise to non-uniform distribution of oxygen in polycrystalline ferrite ceramics is proposed and empirical dependences of specific conductivity on sintering time at 1373 K are obtained.
Journal ArticleDOI

A bistable defect in InP

TL;DR: In this article, a radiation-induced bistable defect was found to form under irradiation of a space-charge region of n-InP Shottky-barrier diodes.
