The invention discloses thinning profiled bar grain manufacturing method. It includes the following steps: smelting molten steel; oxidizing by Al; forming casting blank after adding 0.005-0.015%Ti, 0.08-0.15 %V, and 0.010-0.020%N; rolling after heating to 1100-1250 centigrade degree; and final rolling temperature is 700-950 centigrade degree; and cooling. The invention adopts direct smelting profiled bar. The formed profiled bar grain size can reach 9.5 grade. And invention can increase its strength and low temperature impact property. Compared with the common profiled bar, its yield strength is rose by over 30MPa; its low temperature impact property is rose by over 10J at -40 centigrade degree. Thus the invention can be applied to smelting climate-proof, fire-proof and climate-fire proof profiled bar.
