A machine tool for processing workpieces comprises a stroke drive device with a pressing tool, with a motorized drive including two motorized drive units which are controlled independently and wedge gear elements between the motorized drive and the pressing tool. The wedge gear elements comprise two drive-side wedge gear elements, each one being associated with a motorized drive unit, and two output-side wedge gear elements attached to the pressing tool, with each output-side wedge gear element opposite to an associated respective drive-side wedge gear element and forming a gear element pair. The wedge gear elements of each gear element pair are opposite each other inclined at a wedge angle with respect to a positioning axis and inclined in opposing directions with respect to the positioning axis. The motorized drive is configured to move the pressing tool along a stroke axis and position the stroke drive device along the positioning axis.

A mechanical arrangement (1) for machining plate-like workpieces, particularly metal sheets (2), comprises a first machining device provided in the form of a cutting device (3), and comprises a second machining device (4) on which a machining line (23) is defined. A workpiece can be moved relative to the cutting device (3) in a first axial direction (24), which extends in a longitudinal direction of the machining line (23), and into a machining position by means of a workpiece support (27) of a longitudinal guide (25). The cutting device (3), itself, can be jointly displaced relative to a workpiece in a second axial direction (22), which extends in a transversal direction of the machining line (23), by means of a workpiece support (13) of a transversal guide (20), said support being located in a non-operating state, and can be transferred into a machining position.

An industrial machine (1) for bending metallic flat elements (E) comprising a support framework (2) which insists on a reference surface (T), a working plan (3), connected to the support framework (2) and accessible to the operator, adapted to receive the metallic flat element (E) to be folded, bending means (4), arranged frontally to the working plan (3) and coupled to the support frame (2), suitable to bend upwards and/or downwards at least one side edge of the metallic flat element (E), handling and supply means (5), operatively connected to the working plan (3), suitable for supplying / removing the metallic flat element (E) to / from the bending means (4), and actuation means (6), operatively connected to the handling and supply means (5) to move them along a vertical direction (Y) and/or horizontal direction (X) determining the displacement with respect to the working plan (3). In particular, the working plan (3) is movable vertically since it is coupled to the support framework (2) through guide means (7) and is operatively connected to the actuation means (6) suitable to move it along the direction vertical (Y) in order to place it below and/or above the bending level of the metallic flat element (E).

Industrial machine for bending metallic flat elements

In order to improve a material-working machine for flat material parts, comprising a machine frame, processing tools held on the machine frame, a supporting unit, on which the flat material part can be placed for feeding to the processing tools in at least one main feed direction, and a controller for controlling a processing sequence using the processing tools, in such a way that it can be operated in an ergonomically favorable manner, it is proposed that the supporting unit extends in the main feed direction from a region toward the tool to a region remote from the tool and that the extent between the region toward the tool and the region remote from the tool is variably adjustable.

Material-Working Machine

The invention metal working machine includes a stationary frame and a moving frame. Both the stationary frame and the moving frame carry opposite corresponding tool dies that perform metal working operations when the moving frame translates relative to the stationary frame. The moving frame is arranged so that one end can move while the other end remains stationary. Hydraulic cylinders on each end of the metal working machine are connected by pivot joints between the stationary frame and moving frame. When both of the hydraulic cylinders are activated in the same direction, the entire moving frame moves up or down relative to the stationary frame. If only one of the hydraulic cylinders is activated, only one side of the moving frame translates while the other side of the moving frame moves only slightly.

There is described a machine for machining metal sheets, which
comprises a bending machine (1) for bending sides of a metal sheet (50) and
a manipulator-rotator (3) that is mobile in relation to the bending machine
(1) for automatic positioning of the metal sheet (50) during bending. The
machine comprises at least one punching press (21, 30) for punching said
metal sheet (50), that is served by said manipulator-rotator (3) so that said
manipulator-rotator (3) is utilised for automatic positioning of the metal
sheet (50) both during bending and during punching of the metal sheet (50).
