Identification of the products of oxidation of quercetin by air oxygen at ambient temperature.
Igor G. Zenkevich,Anna Yu Eshchenko,Svetlana V Makarova,Alexander G Vitenberg,Yuri G Dobryakov,Viktor A Utsal +5 more
TL;DR: Direct head-space analysis of the gaseous components formed during quercetin oxidation in aqueous solution at ambient temperature indicates that the ratio of carbon dioxide/carbon monoxide in the gas phase after acidification of the reaction media is 96:4%.
Journal ArticleDOI
Identification of candidate biomarkers for inflammatory bowel disease using non-targeted serum metabolomics
Timur Vakhitov,Svetlana Kononova,Elena Demyanova,A. S. Morugina,Viktor A Utsal,M I Skalinskaya,Igor G. Bakulin,A.I. Khavkin,Stanislav Sitkin +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used non-targeted serum metabolomics in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) to identify candidate biomarkers for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) using SVM, projections to latent structures discriminant analysis (PLS-DA), and a naive Bayes classifier (Naïve Bayes).
Determination of Perfluororganic Compounds in Whole Blood and Tissues of Laboratory Animals by Gas-Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry
Inna K. Zhurkovich,Viktor A Utsal,E. V. Ostrovidova,V. A. Barinov,N. V. Lugovkina,E. Y. Bonitenko,N. A. Belyakova,V. V. Barinov +7 more
TL;DR: A procedure for the determination of a group of perfluororganic compounds, promising for medical use, in whole blood and tissues of laboratory animals by gas-liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry was developed in in vitro experiments and tested in in vivo experiments.
