Determination of Major, Minor and Trace Element Compositions of the Gd 2 O 2 S:Pr,Ce Scintillation Ceramics with Neutron Activation Analysis

TL;DR: In this paper, the concentrations of 15 trace, minor and major elements (As, Ce,======Co, Cr, Cs, Eu, Fe, La, Sc, Tb, Zn, Zr, Pr, Gd, Na) have been measured with the instrumental neutron activation analysis of the Gd2O2S:Pr672 sample.
Journal ArticleDOI

Evaluation of Natural Radioactivity Levels for Structural Material Used in the Construction of the Neutrino Detector

TL;DR: In this paper, the evaluation of radioactivity and spontaneous fission rates was performed for 8 nuclides from the natural radioactive 238U, 235U and 232Th======decay chains.
Journal ArticleDOI

Neutron activation analysis of the tagamite and suevite from the Kara astrobleme

TL;DR: In this paper, a Purolite C100H-HCl chromatography system for separating Pt, Au, Ir, Re from non-noble metals has been proposed for the radiochemical neutron activation analysis of the Kara astrobleme geological samples.
Journal ArticleDOI

Study of the gadolinium sorption on the C100 ion-exchange resin for the development of the antineutrino detector targets

TL;DR: In this article, the gadolinium was investigated from H2O and HCl solutions on the ion-exchange resin C100 and it was shown that the Gd3+ sorption on the C100 resin is reversible second order chemical reaction.
