The process of assessment of economic potential of territories and its governance is a complex task in emerging markets countries, such as Ukraine. This requires the creation of an effective evaluation system and management mechanisms. The paper aims to develop the assessment system of the economic potential of the territories under the conditions of sustainable development and the main components of its management. Methods of research are as follows: analysis, synthesis, systematization, standardization, etc. The integral indicator of the dynamics of the economic potential of Ukrainian regions assessment in the context of sustainable development is substantiated; it includes environmental, investment, institutional, innovation, cluster, infrastructure, financial, export and human capital indices. As a result three groups of regions with different levels of economic potential dynamics have been identified and clustered: regions with a high level of economic potential dynamics; regions with a stable level of economic potential dynamics; regions with low or negative levels of economic potential dynamics. The obtained results ascertain that special attention should be paid to the environmental, investment, innovation and institutional components of the economic potential management.

The model that is most suitable for implementation in domestic practice is highlighted. The first steps towards the implementation of the Beveridge model in Ukraine through the creation of the National Health Service are identified. The list of services guaranteed by the state and provided free of charge is specified. It is determined that the main direction of development of health insurance is the active introduction of voluntary health insurance. The share of health insurance in the gross premiums of the insurance market is analyzed. The dynamics of the main indicators of the voluntary health insurance market: insurance premiums and insurance payments are graphically displayed. The state of voluntary insurance before the outbreak of war, as well as the impact of military operations on the health insurance market are determined. The trends in the voluntary health insurance market for the near future are outlined.

The article analyzes the functions and structural components of the positive image of a teacher of higher education. The focus is on the fact that the importance of the image phenomenon in social interaction has grown rapidly in the course of social change. The importance of the human factor is growing, which allows the individual to present himself to society as an individual. That is why the problem of formation and development of the image of teachers of higher education in our time is receiving special attention. To achieve this goal, a set of interrelated and interdependent methods was used: analysis of scientific literature to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the development of the professional image of a modern teacher of higher education; generalization, synthesis, systematization to clarify the state of the problem and theoretical interpretation of pedagogical features of a positive image. It was found that the image formed as a result of human existence in society is characterized by dynamism, flexibility, as it is able to change depending on the external conditions and requirements of its bearer. Given the fact that image is a complex socio-psychological phenomenon that can be studied from different points of view, modern science offers three main approaches to the typology of personality image: functional, contextual, comparative. It is concluded that the main functions of the image for a teacher of higher education are: interpersonal adaptation; coverage of the best personal and business qualities; concealment of negative personal characteristics, with the help of clothes, hair, makeup, refined manners to distract people from their shortcomings; overcoming age limits; function of social training.

Functions and structural components of a positive image of a teacher of higher education

of non-financial reporting of economic entities in the context of socially responsible business was noted. As a result, based on an assessment of the availability of non-financial reports on online resources, the need to use modern Internet technologies and determine practical steps to create an investment catalog of socially respon- sible enterprises of Ukraine in the form of a cartographic online resource and provide the possibility of feedback for interested parties, which will allow expanding the circle of enterprises with high social activity, investment attractiveness, especially during the period of post-war business reconstruction.
