Reactive matching is extended to wide bandwidths using the impedance property of LC-ladder filters. In this paper, we present a systematic method to design wideband low-noise amplifiers. An SiGe amplifier with on-chip matching network spanning 3-10 GHz delivers 21-dB peak gain, 2.5-dB noise figure, and -1-dBm input IP3 at 5 GHz, with a 10-mA bias current.

In this work, a novel 6D four-wing hyperchaotic system with a line equilibrium based on a flux-controlled memristor model is proposed. The novel system is inspired from an existing 5D four-wing hyperchaotic system introduced by Zarei (2015). Fundamental properties of the novel system are discussed, and its complex behaviors are characterized using phase portraits, Lyapunov exponential spectrum, bifurcation diagram, and spectral entropy. When a suitable set of parameters are chosen, the system exhibits a rich repertoire of dynamic behaviors including double-period bifurcation of the quasiperiod, a single two-wing, and four-wing chaotic attractors. Further analysis of the novel system shows that the multiple coexisting attractors can be observed with different system parameter values and initial values. Moreover, the feasibility of the proposed mathematical model is also presented by using Multisim simulations based on an electronic analog of the model. Finally, the active control method is used to design the appropriate controller to realize the synchronization between the proposed 6D memristive hyperchaotic system and the 6D hyperchaotic Yang system with different structures. The Routh–Hurwitz criterion is used to prove the rationality of the controller, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed synchronization method are proved by numerical simulations.

Dynamic Analysis, Circuit Design, and Synchronization of a Novel 6D Memristive Four-Wing Hyperchaotic System with Multiple Coexisting Attractors

A new current-mode biquad-filtering circuit with single input and multi-outputs based on operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is presented using three OTAs, two grounded capacitors and one grounded resistor, it can simultaneously realize second-order lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch and allpass filters. The characteristic parameters can be adjusted orthogonally by a bias current of OTA and all capacitors are gounded. Morever, the circuit enjoys low sensitivities.

A new OTA-C current-mode biquad filter with single input and multiple outputs

In this paper, by introducing a current-controlled current amplifier with multi-outputs (MO-CCCA), two new multi-input and single-output (MISO) universal filtering circuits are proposed. Each circuit just contains two second-generation current conveyors with multiple outputs (MOCCIIs), one MO-CCCA and four grounded RC elements. They can realize low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and all-pass filtering outputs. The characteristic parameters natural frequency ( ω 0 ) and quality factor ( Q ) can be tuned independently by bias current of MO-CCCA. Compared to other similar circuits, the circuits in this paper have simpler structures and independent tuning characteristics of ω 0 and Q. Moreover, a filter with a high Q can be obtained by adjusting the ratio of MO-CCCA's bias currents.

Universal current-mode filter with multiple inputs and one output using MOCCII and MO-CCCA

In this paper, a novel four-dimensional chaotic system for generating multi-wing chaotic attractors is proposed, and chaotic and hyper-chaotic attractors are generated in different parameters. Besides, basic dynamical properties of the chaotic system, such as equilibrium point Poincare mapping, dissipativity, power spectrum, Lyapunov exponent spectrum, bifurcation diagram are studied numerically and theoretically. An analog oscillator circuit is designed for implementing the four-wing hyper-chaotic attractors, and the hardware circuit experimental results are shown to be in good agreement with the numerical simulation results. Finally, the four-wing hyper-chaotic system is used for hybrid image encryption of physical chaos encryption and advanced encryption standard encryption algorithm. Because physical chaos is adopted in this system, there does not exist a definitive relationship between plaintexts and ciphertexts. And the statistical characteristics of ciphertexts should be better than those of any other encryption system.

Two new CMOS realization circuits of current-controlled second generation current conveyor (CMOS CCCII) based on compound MOS translinear loop and MOS current mirrors is proposed. The circuit can satisfy port characteristic without need for restriction conditions which relate to fabrication parameters, so the difficulties of design and fabrication can be decreased. It presents such advantages as easy realization in the fabrication, simple circuit configuration, wide bandwidth, low power consumption and so on. The principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail. PSPICE simulation results for the proposed circuit in 0.5 mum CMOS technology is included. In the frequency range of 0~20 MHz, the simulation results show the proposed circuit meet ideal port characteristic of CCCII.
