Journal ArticleDOI
Prognostic alternative mRNA splicing signature in hepatocellular carcinoma: a study based on large-scale sequencing data
Gui-Qi Zhu,Yu-Jie Zhou,Li-Xin Qiu,Biao Wang,Yi Yang,Wei-Ting Liao,Yi-Hong Luo,Ying-Hong Shi,Jian Zhou,Jia Fan,Zhi Dai +10 more
TL;DR: A robust AS signature for HCC patients is found and regulatory splicing networks contributing to the potential significantly enriched metabolism-related pathways are revealed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Comparative efficacy and safety between ablative therapies or surgery for small hepatocellular carcinoma: a network meta-analysis
Gui-Qi Zhu,Min Sun,Wei-Ting Liao,Wei-Hua Yu,Shao-Lai Zhou,Zheng-Jun Zhou,Ying-Hong Shi,Jia Fan,Jian Zhou,Li-Xin Qiu,Zhi Dai +10 more
TL;DR: Although SR achieved highest cumulative ranking probabilities in clinical efficacy, it obtained a low benefit-to-risk ratio for patients and RFA was superior to the other ablative therapies.
Journal ArticleDOI
Bioinformatics and experimental analyses of glutamate receptor and its targets genes in myocardial and cerebral ischemia
TL;DR: In this article , the relationship between GLU receptor-related genes and myocardial ischemia and ischemic stroke (IS) was analyzed, and a total of 25 crosstalk genes were identified, which were mainly enriched in the Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Th17 cell differentiation, and other signaling pathways.
