In recent years, due to the advantages of high construction efficiency and less environmental pollution, prefabricated housing has been of increasing interest and vigorously promoted. However at present, most prefabricated houses simply pursue an increase in assembly rate, and the floor plan design still continues to follow the traditional design method of housing, which does not meet the requirements of industrialization and cannot achieve the goal of product diversification. This paper puts forward a method for floor plan designs of prefabricated houses whose core is building plane module libraries. The modules in module libraries all conform to standardized and refined designs. A new residential floor plan can be obtained by selecting and recombining modules in module libraries. The richer the module library, the more diverse the results will be under the same combinatorial logic, which can greatly improve design efficiency. In addition, this paper probes the method of creation and applications of plane module libraries in detail, so as to provide a new idea for floor plan designs of prefabricated houses. This research is of great significance for improving the efficiency of floor plan design of prefabricated housing and realizing goals of standardization and diversification of prefabricated housing development.

Creation and Diversified Applications of Plane Module Libraries for Prefabricated Houses Based on BIM

An Evaluation Method Based on Mechanical Parts Structural Characteristics for Proactive Remanufacturing

In order to improve the ability of running and crossing obstacle smoothly, a novel obstacle-crossing mechanism of inspection robot is designed for high-voltage transmission line inspection. Modular obstacle-crossing mechanisms include rotating mechanisms, lifting mechanisms, driving mechanisms and clamping mechanisms. Through the interaction of the driving wheels and clamping wheels, the inspection robot can tightly hold high-voltage transmission line and climb the sloped line. Adams simulation experimental results show that the structure of the obstacle crossing mechanisms work well with the satisfactory performance.

Design of obstacle crossing mechanism of high-voltage transmission line inspection robot

In order to increase value of the first natural vibration frequency, as well as gain more economic benefits by lightening the weight of combined frame of high speed hydraulic press, on the basis of proposing concept of generalized finite element module, topological optimization of prestressed combined frame was carried out with limited computing resource by means of combination of cut boundary interpolation of submodeling with generalized finite element modules. Process and results convinced that the approach was effective and highly efficient at large machine design.

Topological Optimization of Frame of High Speed Hydraulic Press Based on Generalized Finite Element Modules

The generalized module is one of the basic elements of parametric product platform, which can effectively support product variant design and mass customization design. A similarity analysis method for the non-isomorphism generalized module is proposed to support the precise configuration of product’s function, structure, and process. The structure, function, and process information of product modules are extracted from the product lifecycle management/product data management database and converted into eigenvector by range identification. Then, the parameters of different scales in non-isomorphism classes are normalized to eliminate the effect of different dimensions. The similarity measure of function and process information is completed by vector matching.
